Player Crash wehn starting a DVD

Hi

Strange behavior, somebody has seen this before?

I have 3 similar Lite-on DVD combo drives in three different PC. In two of
them, they work perfectly.
In one, I could install programs from CD but when I start a DVD movie, the
player crashes. Be it Mediaplayer or PowerDVD.
Any tipps?

Check and update the Codecs.

Try to remove and re-install the DVD player software.

Somehow difficult with Windos Mediaplayer AND PowerDVD.

I guess the problem is on another level than on the application level.
