play my old dos games in XP

Since I've updated my windows from ME to XP I'm unable to
play my old DOS games like Transporter Tyoon and Xcom
Apocolypse.

The upgrade was a great improvement in general but I
regret I can't play these games anymore!

Is there somebody around here who can help me? I'm shure
there still is a way to play them.

Have you tried using the new feature in Windows XP, Compatibility Mode? For
