pinning to start menu

Is there a way to stop this from occurring? All of the sudden I am getting
these messages that there isn't enough room on the start menu for all these
programs. Who cares? Just make it stop.

Change the size in Properties. You've told it to put X number on but it's making it bigger than your screen can show.
