I do not use the list recently used programs with the XP start menu but
rather pin programs to the start menu.
The only problem with this is that I need a separator line to separate some
of these icons (such as the one above the All Programs button and below the
Email and Internet icons when listing recently used programs).
I have tried the tweak where pinning a nameless (pressing ALT+0160) and
iconless shortcut to the start menu creates a gap, but this is rather large.
