Windows 8 Pinned application are not staying pinned on taskbar.

Dear Friends,

Few of our users are facing issues with pinning applications on taskbar.pinned applications are getting removed from taskbar after a reboot.

They are using Dell laptop with windows 8.1 OS.

Anyone have experienced this issue before? please help by sharing your thoughts on this...

Windows 8 provides the "Disable Pinning Programs to Taskbar in Windows 8" option. If someone has selected the "Enable" option then you can't pin any program to the Taskbar.

Disable it.

Could you please tell us since when you are facing this issue or did you install any recent software/ programme on your computer.


I have checked the solution and you can try this.
