pictures emailed are received as garbage.

When I email pictures from Picasa using outlook, some of the recipients
(mostly those with Gmail accounts) get garbage, while other receive them
perfectly well.
I created a PowerPoint PPS file with same pictures, and again, when emailed
some recipients got garbage, while other got it fine.
When I use Windows Mail to send the pictures - no problems.

Any ideas?

Make sure you're not sending your message in Rich Text format. USe Plain
Text or HTML. Only another Outlook can read Rich Text.
