picture viewer

My XP computer at work has a Microsoft Picture viewer on it to view pics and
make changes, but not home computer. Anyone know how I can find and download
the program? Thanks
 
Picture and Fax viewer is part of the Windows shell, I believe. It's likely
that the images you are trying to open have been associated with a program
OTHER than picture and fax viewer.

Try right-clicking an image file that you wish top open in Picture Viewer.
On the context menu, select Open With.... then select Choose Program. When
the list of available programs shows, find Windows Picture and Fax Viewer and
check the box that says "Always use the selected program to open this kind of
file"

That should do it.
