After downloading my Photos from camera to my Ducuments/my Albums
When | try to open them to view.I get two messagers.
1 says an error has accurred in your application if you chose ignore
you should save your work in a new file if you choose close your
application will terminate. it does not matter which i choose I get a
2nd message saying
Viewer caused a general Protection fault in Module QTJPEG.QTC at
0002;098 choose
close viewer will close.
I still have my photoes but cannot do anything with them
Help Please anyone :confused:
 
What is the FILE TYPE (i.e. suffix) of your image files? Sounds like
Quicktime is attempting to open them.

If they are meant to be Quicktime files, then I would re-install
Quicktime. If they are not meant to be Quicktime files, then you need
to change the file association for the appropriate FILE TYPE (OPEN
WITH>CHOOSE PROGRAM, and "Always Use this Program...").
 
Your QuickTime Viewer is causing the crash. Try opening the images with
Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.
