picture it! problem

my microsoft picture it! xp program won't let me save
anything... it just keeps shutting down and sending off
error reports (which haven't helped me any)... i've tried
re-installing the programming... any other suggestions?

Microsoft uses the error reports to create a database...
it's doubtful that you will ever receive a reply.

When you receive the error...left click the Details button
to see what the error is. Also you could go to your Event
Viewer and find the error.

BTW, you can disable error reporting if you wish, the
