picture and fax viewer

I cannot find Windows picture and fax viewer to
download. I like to use that program to change quality
and size of my jpg files. I have this program on my XP
system but my Me system doesn't have it.

Sorry, you can't do this. You will not find this to download, and even if
you did it would not work on Me. XP and Me are not compatible.
