In my new Dell laptop, I want to save pics from Internet, but they are saved
with a extension diferent from the usual ones, jpeg , gif . How do I save
pictures with the proper extension in order to view them?.

Go to Start > Run and type: CLEANMGR.EXE , and hit enter.
This will start your disk cleanup utility. Make sure to cleanup
your Temporary Internet Files.
