i dont know how to open windows picture and fax viewer, but i've searched
for it through windows. please help.

From a command line:
rundll32.exe shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen FQN
where FQN is the fully qualified file name you want to view.

for Win ME, but is wrong regarding the case for XP where it works both
in the quoted mixed case and in all-lowercase, and the location of the
file is %windir%\system32, not %windir%\system - which can be omitted in
any case.

For a GUI solution, add an action to your graphic file extensions in the
registry, or try "Open With".

OR use any third party software like Internet Fax Reader / viewer. U can give
ur email id i can email u. It's a very small file about 230kb in size. Hope
this will help u after u install the software.
