Physical Memory Dump

I am occasionally getting a blue screen with the
message "Dumping Physical Memory" at the top. What is this?
Is it good or bad?

How frequently you encounter this problem??
This is not good if you get it very frequently. try to take more
information on the cause for the Memory dump by using these steps. as it
would be of more help to solve the issue.
