physical memory dump error

I just bought a new computer (a Gateway GT5428) about a month ago that came
with Vista Home Premium on it and not too long ago it started having the blue
screen pop up and say "physical memory dump" and than my computer restarts. I
try to catch the error code, but it disappears so fast that I have not been
able to. I've noticed this really only happens when I'm surfing the net and
it doesn't happen too often.

I know I should give the error code, but maybe some of you could give me
some suggestions about what could be wrong anyway. Any suggestions would be
much appreciated, thank you.

(sorry if I doubled posted this. The first post didn't show up)

Try disabling the automatic restart so you can get the Stop Error. Then
you can research it here:

http://www.aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm

If you need help with what you find at that link, post back and include
the full Stop Error. Looking at the link above will also show you what
parts of the Stop Error you need to include so you can get help.

To disable the automatic restart, Control Panel>System>Advanced System
Settings [OK the UAC prompt]. Then click on the Start Up and Recovery
Settings button and uncheck "Automatically Restart".
