photoshop problem

I have a Photoshop question please.

I sent my client a RGB file, a cartoon....but this is what he says.

HI MIKE, when you do the speech in the bubbles can you make it single
colour
rather than 4 colour registration

When we convert your files to CMYK we end up with a 4 colour black,
although
this isn't a major problem from time to time the registration on the
printing presses can wander a bit which could make the text difficult
to
read.

I don't want to retype the text, how can I change the original RGB
file?
There are too many cartoons to retype all the text...too much work.

In PS under the Image Menu you can change the color mode to CMYK then Save
the file. Use a copy of the images before you change the color mode in case
you want to still use the RGB image...
