i instaled photoshop then win xp would shut down
winexplorer i payed a lot of money for this programe and
would like to use it can somebody help is there a pach a
fix somthing i have tryed to ask adobe but cant get to
them on the web & a phone call will cost to much

Kelly suggested you contact Adobe tech support, and that certainly is
the first place for you to start. If you can afford Photoshop, you
certainly can afford to call Adobe. You didn't give any system specs,
so you might want to think about how much RAM you have; Photoshop is
extremely memory-intensive. You should have at least 256MB of RAM but
more would be much better. Also, Photoshop will tend to use up the
resources if you don't have its scratch file on a separate hard drive
or partition.
