Photos copied to CD - Properties/Summary greyed out

In the photos in My Pictures (all in JPEG format), I put
details of the photo content (who, when, where etc) in the
Comments pane in Properties, Summary. But when I recently
copied My Pictures to CD, the burning went well, except
that the Comments pane in Properties, Summary is greyed
out on the CD. I can read the info I put there, but only
with difficulty. Can anyone suggest a solution.

This is normal. You can't add this info to your files on a CD and therefore
these are "grayed out" as you found.
