Photo's are not printing in color

I have tried cleaning the print heads, the color cartridge is full and I
still can't print photos in color. I hate calling the manufacturer and
talking with the reps, any ideas as to how I can solve the olor printing
problem>

Go to: Start>Control Panel>Printers and Faxes>rightclick your printer
and click Printing Preferences>click the Color tab and see if "Print in
Grey scale" is checked and uncheck it.
