color printing

I recently installed a new color cartridge in my Lexmark printer, but it
doen't work. I can only print in black. I heard there is a way to clean the
heads, but I don't know how. Please help. Thx, Anthony

You might want to download a copy of the manual from the lexmark web site
and (horrors!) read it to find out what to do to initiate the head cleaning
process on your model printer.
