Photographs No Longer Reducing

XP Home always offers to "make your pictures smaller" when you click to send
them by e-mail. Mine has suddenly stopped doing so. When I click to e-mail
a picture it goes straight into an e-mail message without being reduced. I
have no idea how to correct this (or what caused it). Can you advise, please?

Cancel my question. I searched further and found another user with a
similar problem. They were asked if it failed to reduce with just one file
type or with others too. I checked and found only jpegs failed to reduce,
..bmp's were OK. The other anser suggested the file association had become
altered and offered a fix through this page:

page it worked in seconds. Your site helped in the end. Thank you. Problem
