My Pictures Email Problems

All of the sudden when I try to email pictures from "my pictures" in windows
xp pro sp2 I do not get the option of reducing the size of them it goes
straight to the email in its original size. What can I do to get this working
again to make picture size smaller for email.

You have to resize the picture first, and then either Insert>File
Attachment, or Insert>Picture. If you don't have a photo imaging
program, this is a good free one:

For the picture resize dialog to appear, type this command from Start/Run dialog:

regsvr32 shimgvw.dll

Why don't the Resize Pictures dialog appear while sending picture to e-mail?:
