My Documents > Images not working

Hi all,

We used to be able to go into My Documents and highlight the pictures we
wanted to email (large size from digital camera). From there we would go to
the File & Folder Tasks where there is a button "Send pictures via email"
when we would click on this email option a box would come up asking us if we
wanted to make all my pictures smaller or to keep them the original sizes.
We would choose to make them smaller so they were easier to email and then
our Outlook Express would pop up and have them attached in an email ready
for us to enter the address and send.

Now we can go through all the steps to Make the pictures smaller and when we
press the enter button the outlook program doesn't pop up anymore with the
emails attached and ready to send. The screen just goes back to my
documents where the pictures are saved.

I'm hoping that someone may have a suggestion on how I can remedy this.

If this is a recent problem, do a system restore to about one day before
the problem started. You can go back up to 90 days.
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore
