make pictures smaller in OE

When I used attatch picture files to a e mail in Outlook Express, a box
would open asking me if I wanted to make the pictures smaller, this no longer
happens , anyone know why?

You want the "Image resizer"

You should be able to fix this by registering a DLL file.

Click Start, then Run.
Type cmd to open a command window.
At the command prompt, type regsvr32 shimgvw.dll.
Click Enter.
Close the command window

Then try it again.
