Photo Wizard

I am trying to use photo wizard but my camera is not one of the choices, can
I add it somehow? If I can't what software can I use, I am looking for
something very basic and EASY. Thanks

Who Knows!
What camera model and Mfr? (Only you know at this point.)
Have you looked for anything useful on the camera mfrs web site?
Can you remove the memory card and read it with the PC?

Using/downloading from a camera to a PC via a USB cable can be quite slow,
and uses the camera battery. This can cause problems if the battery is low.
Generally a card reader works much better.
