Microsoft Scanner and Camera Wizard Sort Order

I would like to select copy pictures to a folder on my computer using
Microsoft Scanner and Camera Wizard but I'd like to have the pictures
imported based on their file name. The scanner and camera wizard is picking
some random order in which to import the photos. It's driving me nuts. Any
advice would be greatly appreciated. I can't even figure out what order it
is selecting - it isn't the file name and it isn't the creation date or
modified date.

Sorting is usually Alphabetical or Numerical.
