Photo Story 3

After I create my story and try to view it from the Photo Story software, I
get a message saying "A device attached to the system is not functioning".
I can go to Windows Media and view the file.

Photo Story can only play Photo Story files. After you have created
a .wmv video rendering, you must use Windows Media Player to play it.
