Photo Story 3 burn to VCD via Photo Story 2 plus

I created a Photo Story in Photo Story 3 and wanted to burn it to VCD, so I
purchased the Microsoft Digital Plus with PhotoStory 2. However when I
follow the below instructions from Microsoft it keeps telling me there is no
file in the media library, I opened windows Media player and it is in the
library. This is what Microsoft says to do: You can obtain Microsoft Plus!
Digital Media Edition and view the Photo Story 3-authored WMV file in Photo
Story 2 by going to Play your story or create a video CD of your story and
then create a VCD.using the Photo Story 2 Video CD-burning feature.

Just to clarify, you're attempting to open the .wmv file not the .wp3 file
generated by Photo Story 3, right? If you're like me, you sometimes (if not
often) store these files in different folders. Make sure you're going after
the right one.
