When using BCM and the phone dialer why doesn't it automatically initiate a
phone log for the contact or account like it can automatically create
journals for regular contacts in outlook?

Hi Guy,
you have to do it by programming,
in the german Newsgroup there is Michael Bauer, who have some good tipps.
Or you can directly go to www.outlookcode.com
