Migrating from BCM to Dynamics. How to export phone logs, tasks

We are migrating from BCM to Dynamics CRM. How do we export phone logs,
files, business notes linked to accounts or contact persons. The BCM Database
Export tool seems to only allow for exporting accounts and contact persons in
..csv format.

Ask the Dynamics folks. A couple years ago they had a tool or
procedure for migrating from BCM.
