Personal Page Limitations

I am new to front page, I have always used netscape compose. I
building my first web site using front page, I am not having good
luck. I chose the personal web site template and the journal style.
Using those settings when I use those settings to create new pages or
go 4 - 8 sub layers deep the new pages are created without the style
template and I can not link them into the other pages. Do I need to
create a new kind of site?

You must base each page off of the template. If using FP2003, then you can use the Dynamic Web
Template (DWT) instead.

How can I identify a dynamic web template from a I guess a static
template?? I have lost so much time with this.

A DWT will have the file extension .dwt
