How do you delete a form in the Personal Forms Library?
Well, it depends on the version of Outlook that you are using. In most
cases, you can right-click on an Inbox folder, select Properties, and
then the forms tab when the property panel comes up. Click the Manage
button, and then select the Personal Forms Library from the drop-down
list in the left pane. Select the form you want to remove, and the
click the delete or remove button.
The IMO version of Outlook 2000 (?) Is out of luck. That version
cannot manage forms. The work-around is to convert to Outlook
Enterprise, or whatever the full version is called, manage the forms
there as described above, and then convert back to IMO.
