Personal Form - delete

How does one delete a personal form? When we click it, and then click the
Advanced button, the Delete button is grayed out.

Outlook 20003.

Thanks but we figured it out and it wasn't easy since you have to go into
Tools, Options to do it.

You know, it is a usenet courtesy to post the answer if you have found it
rather than saying "thanks, but we fixed it already." Just an FYI.

Okay. I've tried everything in Tools/Options and still cannot figure out how
to delete this form. Can you be more specific?

Go to Tools | Options.
Click the Other tab.
Click Advanced Options.
Click Custom Forms ...
Click Manage Forms
Select the form you wish to delete and click Delete.
