Delete subfolder in personal folder

I have a user that has subfolders in their personal folders. When you right
click one particular subfolder, the delete is grayed out. However they have
the capability to delete all the other subfolders within their personal
folders. Any ideas? Thank you!

What is the name of the folder you wish to delete?

The subfolder is a person's name, Theresa Hambrook. There is a space in the
name. Does that tell you anything?

Spaces are valid characters in folder names, so that's not the issue. Let
me repeat what I believe you're describing.

At the top is "Personal Folders" or "Outlook Today". Under that is Deleted
Items and (possiblly - if it's Outlook Today) Inbox, Outbox, Sent Items, and
all the other predefined folders. In addition to those, there's also a
folder named "Theresa Hambrook". This folder is itself, not a subfolder of,
say, Inbox, but is on the same level as the predefined folders. When the
person right-clicks the "Theresa Hambrook" folder, the Delete selection is
grayed out.

Do I have this correctly described?

Yes, it is at the same level under Personal Folders as is deleted items...
she also has other folders within personal folders, all at that level, that
she could delete if she wanted to. The Theresa Hambrook folder is not the
only one she has created, but is the only one she cannot delete.

Odd. Well, if I were in her shoes, I'd not worry about it, but just create
another PST, move everything but the strange folder from the old PST to the
new, and then close the old. Problem solved.
