Personal Folders

I had two personal folders showing under the folder
list. I closed one of them, and now when I receive my
email I can't find it. I can tell it is coming into
outlook because I hear the tone, but I can't find
anywhere. What can I do to fix this?

Jenny,

It sounds as though you have your email delivered to a personal folder and
that you inadvertently closed it.

We just need to search for *.pst files on your system and then add the
correct one back into your Outlook profile.

What version of Outlook are you running?
