Personal Folder

I have user experiencing a problem where her email is being delivered to her Personal Folders (Outlook 2002) from Exchange 2000. She never wanted her emails delivered to personal folders. Now I want move her email back to the server. But everytime I do, it gets delivered back to her personal folder. How do I stop transmission of email to the personal file?

You need to set the Exchange mailbox as the default delivery location in
Outlook. Here is a link to an article that explains how to resolve your
