Perrla APA

Hello
A friend who is a nurse installed Perrla APA.
It runs macros on Word to format the page the way nursing associations want.
She installed and she used it once no problems.
Made a page to a homework assignment.
Now when you click on the program it loads up the page she made then it goes
blank
and the error appears
Now it gives a an error run time error -28
out of stack memory
I did uninstall and clean re-installed without anti virus or any other
programs running same result

She never shuts down the pc I rebooted this pc numerous times. after
uninstalling and then after re-installing
Ran the office repair program rebooted same result
I emailed Perrla waiting for a reply.
What does visual basic have to do with macros?
I tried knowledge base, it says to run debug program?
Or to use a go to statement?

Any ideas?

Your best bet with this is to take it to a word newsgroup and/or a support
group for the application. You might also try Google, www.google.com either
using their web search or you might try their group search .
