PERMISSIONS WHEN TRANSFERING .PST FILE

I'm trying to transfer my outlook to my new laptop through my network. When
trying to import the .pst file, I received the error..."File access denied.
You do not have the permission required to access the file...". Can anyone
help me? How do I obtain pemission? It is a home network...I'm the only one
who uses it. Thanks in advance for your help!

First copy the pst-file from the old laptop to the new one when Outlook is
closed. Instead of importing it connect to it by File-> Open-> Outlook Data
File... Use Tools-> E-mail
Accounts...-> button Next-> dropdownlist Default delivery location to set
the pst-file where the e-mails should be delivered.
