Permissions Removed

Someone deleted the everyone permissions to a windows 2000 server. Now the
system will not boot anymore all I get is a BSOD. It will not go into safe
mode or safe mode command prompt either. Is there anyway I can reset
permissions from the recovery console? What do you recommend? I tried boot
to last known good profile.
 
Yes, you should be able to do a recovery console and use cacls or xcacls
(web) to adjust permissions.
