permission?

I have been using Outlook 2003 for 7 months without a single problem. I use
my hotmail account. The other day I tried to open Outlook and download email
and it gave me a prompt saying I do not have "appropriate permission" for
that task (downloading emails). I have tried deleting the account and
installing it again, nothing seems to work. What should I do???

database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.
