Performing System Backup

I use Windows XP but Backup is not one of the options on the Systems Tool as
described in Microsoft's Backup procedures. How can I install the back-up
option?

Don't do it. Download and install the following freeware application
which has far more options:

Actually for "backup" one of youre best options is to run the file transfer
wizard
from the xp cd (other options),select the data to save,save to new folder you
created,once its thru,move to cd..It may not save system files,but it will
save
all youre settings,data,etc...
