Perf and Maint, System, Remote TAB does not have Remote Desktop ch

My user is a Computer Administrator on a laptop running Windows XP Home
Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2.

When I select Control Panel, Perf and Maint, System, the Remote TAB does not
have Remote Desktop choice.

I would like to enable Remote Deskton on this laptop so that I can write
down the IP address and be able to access this laptop from my work. Hope you
can help.

Remote Desktop is not available in Windows XP Home Edition.
