We are having serious problems sending PDFs to Outlook clients on MS Exchange
Server. See the KB937625. We do not have control over the recipients sites
and so cannot get them to install the hot fix. However, it is very important
the include PDFs in HTML messsages generated on Apache-based list managers.
Can anyone suggest a work around?

fax

but seriously, what business could survive without being able to open PDF
files?
the problem is theirs, not yours

Zip them before sending.

Corporate desktops often don't support zips but I am going to try a test to
see what happens.

If you have Windows XP or Vista, zipping is built into the operating system.
It's called a "Compressed Folder".
