PCI Device yellow exclamation

RE: System Properties: PCI Device shows yellow circle
w/exclamation point.

In System Properties, Hardware, Device Manager, Other
Devices, PCI Device, there is a yellow circle with black
exclamation point. I recognize this means there's a
problem. Tried finding help on Intel.com and couldn't find
a solution. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

New install? If so your mother board probably yearns for it's chipset
drivers to be installed.

with installing chipset driver(s)? I will research it when
I have more time.
