pcAnywhere to connect to remote machine

hi,
i am in uk using a dial up connection (provider NT2) to connect to
internet from my pc at home.(Windows XP)
i need to connect to my company's pc(Windows XP , internet connection
is broad band: provider BT) using pcAnywhere Manager.
This is my own company and has a direct broad band connection with a
filter.

could you please tell me the basic steps need to follow using
pcAnywhere Manager to make this remote connection?
