PC Restarts without reason!

hi, i just installed winxp with SP2 and my computer keep restarting randomly!
i turned off automatic restart in startup and recovery but it keep repeating!

what should i do?

After turning off automatic restart do you get any error?
If blaster was present, you would be receiving on screen messages about
an impending shutdown and NT Authority.
It may be due to overheating or,it may be due to faulty RAM.
Check the event viewer to find the clue.
