Like most of you guys here, I've experienced some PC troubles in the
past. It's annoying, frustrating and can take ages to resolve or need
you to pay someone else to fix it for you.

Well I got sick of that and I've come up with a list of FREE programs
that you can use to keep your PC in top condition, and some that will
eradicate the errors you currently have.

The list can be found on my Blog here:

Remember, all these products are FREE, it wont cost you a penny and it
may save you a packet!

Some of the stuff is indeed free (e.g. Acrobat Reader, which is
NOT a PC repair tool), some is on a 30-day trial period and
therefore not free and some is pitched at repairing registry files
which I would not touch with a barge pole.

As Pegasus (MVP) has pointed out, with the exception of Free RAM Optimiser
and Adobe Reader (which does not repair PCs in any way, shape or form, it
simply allows you to open PDF files), all other software are 30 day trials
or demo's so they are not Free. Registry cleaners in themselves display more
false positives than they do real problems and realistically should be
avoided. If you are not competent enough to manually edit the registry, then
leave well alone.
