PC keeps on re-booting every 3 minutes

I just got my new PC, and for some odd reason, when I got it the first day, it froze and i had to reboot. but for past couple of days, PC reboots itself every 2-3 minutes. I am a rookie and don't know much about computer. Please help me with how to fix this problem. Thank You.

If this is a new sys you might want to contact yr supplier, particularly as
you say 'from the first day'
There may be a fundimental problem with the sys.
Though is the Firewall enabled? - see help - particularly if it reboots only
when connected to internet.

Do you get a message counting down and saying it is because of NT
Authority, if so, you've got the Blaster worm.
