what OS are you running?

did you add any new programs ?

What type of computer is it

are there any messages on the screen just before it crashes?

No idea what it comes up with, but it is possible for a failing hard disk to
cause repeated crashing. There are many, many other possible causes too,
so more information is actually needed.
