PC does not show CD Drives

My Windows computer does not show my CD drives all of a sudden. I don't know
if the message below relates, but I found it under Event Viewer. CAN ANYONE
HELP ME TO GET MY PC TO RECOGNIZE MY CD DRIVES? THANK YOU.

The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
Cdr4_xp
Imapi

For more information, see Help and Support Center at

Click Start, Run, type SFC /SCANNOW, click OK. If any files are damaged
or missing, they'll be replaced. You may need to reboot afterwards so
damaged files will be replaced.
