pc disconnect

Hi

I have this strange problem. msn messenger not windows messenger disconnects
from the internet whenever my PC goes into screen saver. a messages comes on
messenger that it is signing out. There are other programs also which give
me similar problems. Is it some setting I have to change in XP pro?

When your computer enters Standby or Hibernation mode the Internet and
network connections are disconnected. This is by design.
